....I have learned a great deal from my journey of studying anger and the dangers involved in how people handle that emotion. George Bach was right when he said we all have a gunnysack where we store our anger and if it gets too big, it will explode. There really have been very few books written to try to help people learn how to deal with their anger. I feel that the culture is very afraid to really examine this emotion, to understand it, to make friends with it, and to help others learn how to understand and deal with it.
